I selected in windows defender to exclude Age of Wonders 3 but still no change. I have windows 8.1 and currently use windows defender. The second step suggested is to white list the game in my antivirus. I have looked for support threads on this and following their suggestions logged out of and relogged into steam but nothing changed. I reviewd my purchase history, and I do indeed have all items checked in my downloads, and if I open up the directory I can see files for the Eternal Lords Campaign. it gives me a notice that "Eternal Lords is now available and click here for the website." I recently purchsaed the Deluxe Edition of Age of Wonders 3, but when I start it up the game loads allowing access only to the Golden Realms expansion.
